Tel grew up immersed in the construction industry, with his father owning a home improvement business in the residential sector. This early exposure ignited his passion for the trades, and since beginning his own career in construction in 2014, Tel has focused on honing his skills in both Finish and Rough Carpentry.

Over the years, Tel has gained a comprehensive understanding of the processes necessary to successfully complete large projects on time and within budget. Starting at SD Construction as a carpenter, he further refined his craft while developing his teamwork abilities. This led to his transition into the role of Superintendent, where Tel thrives on the challenges the job presents. He values the strong culture and collaborative spirit he has found at SD Construction, where he is able to contribute to the success of every project.

Outside of work,Tel enjoys spending quality time with his family. When time permits, he pursues his hobbies, including running a small woodworking business, fishing, hiking, and playing music.
